About Us
I am
a stay-at-home mom to my wonderful 11 year old son. I decided to start
my own home business in the Fall of 2010 so I could still be available for my son at any
time, but also get back into the workforce. I was always interested in soapmaking, and from the first batch I
made, I was hooked. I have very sensitive skin, especially my face, so I
wanted to concentrate on a soap that was mild and moisturizing, yet
still cleansing. After many attempts, I have found a blend that I love.
I use an unscented bar on my face and have found it to be better than the mild Clinique cleanser that I have used for years. I opt for the
scented soaps for my body.
This new business venture has been so exciting for me. The business is named after my late father's mother who is pictured below. Clare Fallon was her maiden name and I was given the middle name Clare after her. Unfortunately, Clare passed long before I was born, so I never got to know her. Before my father passed away, I promised him I would carry on her name if my husband and I ever had a daughter. Well, we have an awesome son named Alex, but no daughter. When I decided to start this business, picking the name was very easy. This is my way of carrying on my father's mother's name for him.
